LEADERSHIP
The Iowa County Recorders Association oversees the operations of Iowa Land Records, also referred to as the Electronic Services System (ESS). Members of the Iowa County Recorders executive leadership serve on ESS committees and subcommittees alongside other stakeholder representatives to ensure that a well-rounded solution is considered while making all decisions related to the system.
